The Te Puna Wai Lodge is located in a quiet and rural part of Nelson. The Te Puna Wai Lodge is located at 24 Richardson Street in Nelson, New Zealand. It is just a seven minute walk to local restaurants in town and a 25 minute walk to the city area.

The Te Puna Wai Lodge offers three rooms, one unit on the ground and the other in the 3rd level of the premises. Guests can expect luxurious amenities like a designer kitchen (with laundry facilities), marble tile floors, private bathrooms with heated floors and French doors. Outside the unit guests will be humbled by a beautiful veranda and terrace. There are also fire places, antique furniture and other standard amenities like TVs and phones.

The Te Puna Wai Lodge offers basic amenities like a refrigerator (and free drinks), tea and coffee facilities. This villa was originally built in 1857. Pets and children are allowed to stay in the hotel if requested in advance. Infant babies staying with their parents are not charged. Portable cots are available by request.
